Last Thursday, Che Fad ajak kitorang semua dtg rumah baru dia kat Laman 38, Damansara Jaya. The number 38 indicates the exclusive number of condo units in the very low density condominium block.
Che Fad baru je moved in so rumah dia still kosong. Furniture semua still ada kat rumah lama. The new house has just undergone a renovation which according to Che Fad, costed him around RM70k....shesh....
So, Khamis tu kitorang pun pegi la rumah Che Fad lepas keje. Lepas Maghrib baca Yasin ramai2. For one second there I thought Hari Raya arrived early this year when Baby, Zach and Resh came completely clad in Baju Melayu....over....
Last Sat and Sun, the furniture from the old house came. Happy moving into your new house Che Fad. I guess all the headaches due to the renovations have passed and the time has finally arrived to enjoy the comfort of your new home. Kitorang boleh lagi ke dtg dtg lepak mcm dulu? He he he. Takut ok terlanggar or terkotorkan brg2 mahal, especially curtains micro fibre tu...oppsss...
Lepas ni kalau kitorang dtg nak suh dok kat dapur pun ok sebab ada aircond kan....he he he...
Aku bawak kamera nak ambik pictures of Fad's new place tapi battery plak habis. Dapat la dua tiga shots je (gambar tetamu over yg pakai Baju Melayu HIJAU MENYALA tetap menyilaukan mata semua tetamu lain yg hadir termasuk pak guard bangla yang tanya aku mcm2 soalan kat guard post ala ala polis pencen)...
So Che Fad, bila nak buat the official house warming party? Boleh ajak Tang Mai jadi waiter serve kita semua malam tu....hik....

I'm an interested buyer of Laman38. Not familiar with the property market in SS23 thus am really hoping that your friend, Che Fad, will be able to advise me on my purchase.
